I really wanted to like this place because the service was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff made for a pleasant dining experience. The food, though, just wasn't for me. Having tried almost every Indian restaurant around here, I came in expecting familiar Indian flavors, but what arrived felt more *Indian-inspired* than traditionally Indian, could be just Asian. The dishes looked beautiful, but for me the emphasis seemed to be more on presentation than on the flavors I was expecting. The biggest surprise was Chicken 65 with a ketchup-forward taste. I had a little moment of silence for the original recipe. πŸ˜„ Of course, taste is incredibly subjective, and this may be exactly the style of food that some people enjoy. This is simply my personal opinion based on what I grew up eating and what I usually expect from Indian cuisine. If you're looking for colorful presentation and don't mind a more creative interpretation, you may have a different experience than I did.

I ordered over $65 worth of food, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The Chicken Mughlai was absolutely awful. The curry tasted overcooked, had no fresh flavor at all, and looked like it had just been thrown into the container with zero effort or presentation. It was completely unappetizing. The biryani was just as bad. Not only did it taste disappointing, but I also found a hair in it, which completely ruined my appetite. Finding hair in food is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. To make things even stranger, the naan was filled with soggy coconut and raisins. I’ve never had naan served like that, and it tasted terrible. It completely ruined the bread. I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has a 4.5-star rating. Based on my experience, the food quality, hygiene, and customer service were nowhere near that standard. What made everything even worse was the customer service. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager about my concerns, but instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, they hung up on me. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable. Overall, this was a

tried speaking with the manager on duty, but he completely ignored my concerns and made no effort to resolve the issue. After that, I posted an honest review based on my experience, and instead of addressing the problem, you chose to disrespect me publicly in your reply. I have attached a screenshots of the owner’s response so others can see how customers are treated. I paid by credit card, and I live in Westland Michigan 48185, so there is no confusion about my visit. If you are running a business, you should also know how to handle customer complaints professionally. Disrespecting customers who are simply trying to share their genuine experience is unacceptable. Honest feedback is meant to help businesses improve, not to be met with insults or rude behavior. Your response only reinforces everything I wrote in my original review.

Bold flavors & great execution on the Tandoori Chicken. The Pakora & Samosa we crispy & the sauces were familiar, but had their own unique flavors. The Vindaloo Curry had subtle qualities that ramped up while enjoying it. I ordered iy very hot & had a great spice experience. I could taste their passion for their recipes. The quality to price is incredibly fair.

First time taking whole family to Kashmiri kitchen and what can I say it was an awesome experience. The food was just so flavorful and tasty definitely worth it. Oh ya the kids really loved the cheese bread/naan. Give them a try for sure!
